Struggling to collect your medication?
Chillington Health Centre is working with Start Circle of Friends (SCOF) to explore a
temporary weekly medication collection service for patients who are finding it difficult
to reach the surgery due to the road closure.
The proposal is for:
• Prescriptions to be collected from the surgery once a week
• Delivered to a central collection point (planned for Slapton Village)
• A one-hour collection window for patients
This service is intended for patients in Slapton, Strete and Blackawton who would
genuinely struggle to travel to the surgery due to mobility issues, vulnerability or
significant disruption caused by the closure.
We need to know if this service is needed
Before this can go ahead, patients must complete a short registration form so we can:
• Understand how many people need support
• Obtain consent to share contact details with SCOF
