Affreen Mohammed (Affy)

After completing her Master of Pharmacy degree at the Medway School of Pharmacy (University of Kent and University of Greenwich), Affy worked in community pharmacy while undertaking her Clinical Diploma at the University of Exeter. She later qualified as an Independent Prescriber through the University of Bath.

Affy has over five years’ experience working in Primary Care and has a specialist interest in cardiovascular disease, particularly cholesterol management.

As a clinical pharmacist, her role includes reviewing medications, supporting patients with long‑term conditions, and arranging blood tests and monitoring where needed. She may contact you to discuss your medicines or to arrange a medication review.
